• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply for each event
• Odds may change in real time during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tak10 reserves the right to void the affected bet
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawals on tak10 are processed in accordance with the following rules. We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 BDT
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Tak10 may require additional time to review suspicious transactions

Tak10 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply, which are governed entirely by their own policies.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only.
• Wagering requirements may vary for each bonus offer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Each promotion may only be used once per user.
• In cases of bonus fraud, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak10 platform. Violations will result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to commit bonus fraud
• Using bots or automated software to place bets

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Hacking or exploiting security vulnerabilities on the platform
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor
• Stealing another user's information or engaging in fraudulent activity

Tak10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

• A decision will be communicated within 30 days of submitting a complaint.
• In disputes over betting results, data from the official sports authority is final
• Tak10's decision shall be considered final and binding.
